6 medium baked potatoes

Wait until baked potatoes have slightly cooled. Cut potatoes lengthwise into quarter sections.

Brush both sides of the potato skins with melted butter. Sprinkle the inside of the potato skins with seasoned salt and the cayenne pepper.
